As I walked along beside the river I was entranced by the intensity of the river waters colour under the harsh midday sun.  

A surreal luminous turquoise glows evoking the essence of the confluence of rocks and water. Pulverised rocks ground down to a fine-grained powder that flow downriver suspended in the water. Visual stimuli dominate the human senses and the reflecting sunlight scatters blues and greens to an almost unnatural level and trigger responses to the sublime colour.  

These vignettes recall the synergistic meeting of sun, rocks and water, and their impact on the senses.
